These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agentic Fabriq ("AF", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using AF, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Agentic Fabriq ("AF"). By using AF, you agree to these Terms.
AF provides APIs, SDKs, and a dashboard to connect third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and others) so your apps and AI agents can access user-approved data. You're responsible for your account credentials, configurations, and end-user disclosures in your product.
"Customer Data" includes data you or your end users provide to AF and data AF accesses via third-party APIs on your behalf. AF processes Customer Data solely to provide the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable third-party terms.
You control which third-party services and scopes/capabilities are requested. AF recommends least-privilege scope requests and supports per-feature incremental authorization. If you enable write/modify scopes, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate notices, approvals, and testing.
AF stores long-lived tokens in a dedicated vault, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and maintains audit logs of external calls. You are responsible for securing your OAuth client credentials and following our SDK guidelines.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice. Material changes will be communicated in advance where feasible.
If fees apply, they will be specified in an order form or plan. Unpaid fees may result in suspension after notice.
You will not:
Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access.
AF owns the Services and documentation. You retain ownership of your apps, agents, and Customer Data. You grant AF a limited license to process Customer Data to provide the Services.
Non-public information exchanged between the parties must be protected and used only to support the relationship.
AF may use sub-processors to deliver the Services; we remain responsible for their performance. Upon request, we will provide a current list of sub-processors and notify you of material changes as required by applicable law.
Either party may terminate for convenience with notice. Upon termination, AF will revoke tokens and delete cached content as described in the Privacy Policy; you are responsible for exporting any needed data beforehand.
The Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AF disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF is not liable for:
Our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid for use of AF in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You will indemnify AF against third-party claims arising from (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, law, or third-party terms; or (b) your app's misuse of data accessed via AF.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

This section applies when you connect Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Chat, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Classroom) to AF.
You control which Google services and scopes are requested. AF recommends least-privilege scope requests and supports per-feature incremental authorization. If you enable write/modify scopes, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate notices, approvals, and testing.
If you enable Google Classroom, you represent that you are an educational institution or acting on behalf of one and will obtain all necessary consents and authorizations. AF will sign a DPA upon request and process Classroom data under your instructions. You remain controller of student data.
This section governs your use of the Agentic Fabriq Slack App.
The Agentic Fabriq Slack App enables users to connect their Slack workspace with the Agentic Fabriq platform to:
You are responsible for all actions taken by AI agents acting on your behalf in Slack. The App will never access messages or channels that the user does not already have access to within Slack.
Your use of the App remains subject to Slack's governing policies, including the Slack Developer Policy and Slack's API Terms of Use.
This section governs your use of the Agentic Fabriq Notion Integration.
The Integration connects your Notion workspace to AF so your apps/agents can read Notion content you explicitly share with the Integration and perform user-requested operations (e.g., summarization, extraction, routing). You decide which AF features to enable and which Notion items to share.
You control capabilities during setup (e.g., Read content, optional User info). AF recommends least-privilege access. If you later enable write capabilities, you are responsible for appropriate testing, notices, and approvals in your environment.
Agentic Fabriq is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc. Your use of Notion remains subject to Notion's terms and policies.
